Meal plan saved me last week! I couldn’t recall anything. We got off plan for lunch and breakfast but used what we had and it all worked out!
We are still undergoing the elimination portion of the low FODMAP diet with my oldest, and my two youngest are mildly allergic to egg, dairy, wheat, sesame and peanuts so assume substitutions when not stated.
Mama is awaiting a call from doctor regarding glucose testing, but after that will determine my diet for the week.
